The body is not a collection of parts — it is a living system of structure, rhythm, sensation, and field.
My work lives at the intersection of body physics and cosmic intelligence, guiding people from fascia to frequency, earth to cosmos, back into coherence.
Whether through bodywork, Ayurveda, yoga, feminine arts, or mentorship, I work with the same underlying principle:
the body knows how to reorganize itself when placed into the right conditions.
A Unified Way of Working
I don’t separate my work into techniques or traditions.
I work through placements.
A placement is the careful positioning of the body, nervous system, attention, and energy so that intelligence can return. Rather than “doing” something to the body, I guide people into relationship with their own structure, rhythm, and internal knowing.
This approach informs:
my hands-on bodywork sessions
my work with Ayurveda and elemental rhythm
my yoga and breath-based practices
my work within the feminine arts
my mentorship, guidance, and teaching
Each is an expression of the same system, applied in different contexts.
While each of the many teachers, mentors, coaches and therapists I've worked with over the years played a vital role in my self-actualization process, none has reflected the stages in my journey in a way that made sense holistically and spiritually. The coaches that I've worked with have been more centered around our current paradigm, dealing with personality and cognition, while I felt you drew upon ancient and meta traditions, forming a larger, wiser context, from which I could make sense of my humanity." -
