In this role, she curated exceptional culinary experiences for Condé Nast travelers and international global celebrities, offering refined, bespoke menus rooted in elegance and place. Her work extended beyond the kitchen as she maintained the atmosphere, flow, and seamless hospitality of the villa—embodying calm leadership, intuitive service, and elevated guest care at the highest level. Stacey curated endless events, team building leadership, culinary education as well as leading wellness retreats and facilitation.
