Stacey traveled throughout Southern Africa, independently researching the beautiful diversity of cultural practices and traditional medicine. Weaving an understanding of the fusion and impact of history, cuisine and community.

Traveling with an environmental NGO ‘Greenpop’ in 2016, leading kitchen and food output for a very large group of students (adults and children) with vegan menus 3 x a day for over 150 people! Supporting a reforestation educational program bordering Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe and Livingstone, Zambia.

Rooted in Humanity, Ethnobotany, Sustainability and Community.
